Shipping Policy

Packages are shipped within 1 business day of purchase. If something prevents that from happening (vacation, natural disaster), shipping delays will be mentioned in a site banner.

Return & Exchange Policy

You can request a cancellation before shipment, but cancellations will be charged a 3% fee to recover the non-refundable payment processing fee from the initial transaction. After shipment, we only offer returns for defective products. If something is damaged during transit, or something is wrong with the shipment, email david@uncannypoke.com
